Praise & Pray Everyday

  1. Praise God & pray for Govt and Non-Govt organizations working among the People affected by the floods. Pray for friends/families to be a source of comfort;and the peace of God to flood the hearts of those who have lost their loved ones during these disasters.
  2. Praise God for Individuals you know, that have accepted Jesus Christ as their lord and saviour. Pray for God’s abundant grace upon them that their faith would grow day after day and nothing would hinder their Christian growth. 
  3. Praise God for the ministry among the muslim brethren all over the world, especially the middle-east. Pray for those who are working among them, for God’s word to become available in their language, for protection and for finances for the ministry.
  4. Praise God for the Pastoral ministry of the church at large. Pray that thisgreatest calling and ministry would be a blessing to the people and a sweet aroma to the Lord.
  5. Praise God for teachers who have been a blessing in your life. Pray for them today. Commit the teachers working in the Christian institutions-that their lives would be a blessing to the institute and the society. 
  6. Praise God and pray for the Bible match. Pray for the organizers, teachers and volunteers. Pray that this event would be a turning point in the lives of children participating in the same-to meet Christ Jesus the Bread of Life. 
  7. Praise God & pray for Christian missionaries and para-church organizations supported by RTMC -WSCS, MMF, Sunday School. 
  8. Praise God for the Privilege of Prayer. Ephesians 6:18 “And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for the Lord’s people.” 
  9. Praise God & pray for our senior Citizens, for the blessing that they are; pray for inmates of RTMC Senior citizens’ home;Isaiah 46:4 “..even to your old age I am he, and to grey hairs I will carry you. I have made, and I will bear; I will carry and will save.” 
  10. Praise God for good health and healing received. Pray for the sick and those recovering from illness-Mr. John Aralikatti, Mrs. Bastion, Ms. Joan Devaprabhakar, Mr. Christopher Martin, Ms. Miriam James, Mr. Theodore Christanandan, Ms. Beulah Shatananda. 
  11. Continue to pray for Complete Healing and strength – Mrs Indira Dattathreya, Mrs. Irene Soans, Ms. Lalitha Barnabas, Mrs & Mr. Malingers, Ms. Esther, Ms. Beulah Rajshekar, Ms. Margaret James, Mr. Sujay Boon, Mrs & Mr. Prince Edward.
  12. Pray for our leaders in the state and Country. “Also, seek the peace and prosperity of the city to which I have carried you into exile. Pray to the Lord for it, because if it prospers, you too will prosper.” (Jeremiah 29:7). 
  13. Praise God for our Young People and Children. They are His gift. Pray that they would be protected from any evil and worldly distractions that divert their focus from God. May the Holy Spirit open their eyes to clearly see God’s revelation in the Holy Bible everyday. 
  14. Praise the God of heaven, the great and awesome God, who preserves the covenant and lovingkindness for those who love him and keep his commandments. Pray that we as a church will love him and walk according to his Holy word.
  15. Pray for the Bishops and leaders in the various conferences of MCI, especially Bishop N.l. Karkare and madam Kamal Karkare for their responsibilities. Acts 20:28 “Be on guard for yourselves and for all the flock, among which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to shepherd the church of God which He purchased with His own blood.” 
  16. Praise God for the shelter He has provided to us. Pray for people who are displaced from their homes due to natural disasters, violence, persecution, and political reasons; their families are torn apart, living destroyed, education interrupted, hopes scattered. 
  17. Praise God for the Pastorate Committee of the church. Pray that God’s will and purposes for the church be fulfilled in and through them. ACTS 14:23 “and when they had appointed elders for them in every church, with prayer and fasting they committed them to the lord in whom they had believed.” 
  18. Praise God for the family of our senior Pastor and the D.s. Pray for God’s anointing and wisdom upon rev. sebastian ravi Kumar; for his wife Renuka and children Pearl and Prajwal. Phil 4:6“Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God”. 
  19. Praise God that Jesus is the ‘’bread of life’’ & ‘’life giving water’’. Pray that we will find in the WORD daily our living bread and water from where springs true life. 
  20. Praise God for members from rtmC who have gone out as Pastors and missionaries to various parts of India and abroad. Pray for the various needs and challenges they may be facing in their lives during their work. 
  21. Praise God for rev. Vivek Gundimi and his ministry at RTMC. Pray for his wife Esther and children John and Joanna. Rom 10:15“…as it is written: How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!” 
  22. Praise God for the Office Staff of RTMC. Pray for the office secretary Ms. Anitha, Mr. Prasanna, all other staff, security personnel and helpers-for good health, healing in sickness and the ability to carry out their work;and for their families. 
  23. Praise God for the sunday school, for every teacher and volunteer and for the students. Pray for teacher’s health and healing, for the Holy Spirit’s leading as they pray and prepare during the week for Sunday’s classes. 
  24. Praise God for rev. John rufus and his wife Supriya. “Let my prayer be set forth before thee as incense; and the lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice.” (Psalm 141:2) 
  25. Praise God for the music ministry -for the choir, junior choir, worship teamsand those handling musical instruments, ppts and sound systems; for their health as they take time to use their talents for God’s glory. Pray for the needs /challenges that exist in their families.
  26. Praise God for our Parents/Guardians-they are appointed by God. Pray that parents be the reflection of the love of Christ and children be obedient to them according to God’s holy word. Pray that our lives would set true examples to our generations to come. 
  27. Pray for Christians all over the world who are persecuted because of their faith. Pray for God’s abundant grace and mercies upon them as they face trials individually and as a church; for protection and providence.
  28. Praise God for Family life. Pray for families struggling because of- separation between spouses and/or children, unemployment, financial problems, sickness, extra-marital relationships and an unforgiving attitude.
  29. Praise God for the area Bible study groups and mid-Week Bible study. Pray for the Pastors and leaders who pray and prepare, organize and conduct these studies; for the revival and functioning of all area groups. 
  30. Praise God for the gift of salvation. Pray for the ministry through media–radio, television and other social media. Pray for the printing and distribution of the Holy Bible, for Bible translation work- for providence and protection.
