Purpose of the Media Team

The Media Team supports RTMC by providing technical, creative, and communication-related services. The team works across audio, video, lighting, digital communication, and live production to enhance worship, fellowship, and outreach.

Responsibilities:

• Audio Management

Sound mixing, microphone setup, and monitoring audio levels during services.

• Video Production

Camera operation, sermon recording, and managing livestreams for all services.

• Presentation & Visuals

Displaying lyrics, scripture readings, announcements, and sermon slides to support worship.

• Social Media & Communication

Managing the church’s social media pages, posting updates, and creating digital content to engage the congregation and the community.

• Technical Setup & Support

Ensuring all equipment is functioning properly, handling setup before services, and troubleshooting technical issues when required.

Our Progress

We have successfully streamed all weekly services without interruption. The audio system has been upgraded to deliver clearer, more balanced sound quality. Social media engagement has increased through consistent posting and improved visual design.
