Methodist Youth Fellowship

The Richmond Town Methodist Church Youth Fellowship has long stood as a beacon of strength, unity, and purpose within our church. It plays a vital role in shaping the spiritual journey of the young congregation by nurturing fellowship, encouraging personal growth, and deepening the understanding of God’s Word. Over the years, the Youth Fellowship has remained firmly anchored in God’s foundation. With unwavering dedication, it continues to uphold its mission, shaped by the core pillars of Faith, Fellowship, Friendship, and Fruitfulness.

These pillars reflect not only what the Youth Fellowship believes in, but also what it strives to inspire in every young member. Faith strengthens their spiritual walk; Fellowship brings them together in unity; Friendship builds trust, love, and support among the youth; and Fruitfulness encourages them to live out their faith with purpose, service, and impact. Together, these values foster a community where young people can grow, serve, and flourish in Christ.

The Youth Committee, in collaboration with the Pastorate Committee, plays an essential role in guiding the group with vision and intention. Each year’s activities are thoughtfully planned to create a holistic experience—spiritually, socially, and communally. These initiatives include outreach missions, youth camps, social work projects, charity events, worship sessions, and leadership-building programs. Through these efforts, the youth are encouraged not only to grow in their personal faith but also to extend God’s love beyond the church gates.
